Qualifications

To qualify for our apartment homes at Standard on The Creek, all applicants need to meet the standard rental requirements and not exceed the rent limits per the respective number of person(s) living in the home. Please see the qualifications tab below for more information.

Qualifications

Steps to apply:

In order to ensure that all applicants are appropriately and fairly selected for the next available unit, please follow the steps to apply below.

1.Download, complete, and sign the following documents:

  • Rental Application

  • Supplemental Application for Affordable Housing

  • Signed Tenant Selection Plan

Reference the tenant selection plan for specific income limit guidelines

that correspond to the program.

2. Pay application fee.

3. Submit the completed and signed documents:

  • By email: Email standardcreek@resprop.com and use subject line: (Last Name, First Name - Application for affordable Unit)

  • By mail: 9900 N Sam Houston Pwky, Humble, TX 77396

  • In person: Drop off at the leasing office located at 9900 N Sam Houston Pwky, Humble, TX 77396

We have limited availability of affordable housing units, only completed and signed applications that fall within the income limits of the program will be processed in the order they are received. If the unit is not available, the application will automatically get added to the waitlist.
